This scholarship is available for lecturers, prospective lecturers, and public and private education staff under the Directorate General of Higher Education, Ministry of Education and Culture. Featured Scholarships (Funds from the Ministry of Education and Culture)
Scholarships from the Indonesian government are provided for teachers who are studying Masters and or Doctoral Degrees. This scholarship was initially given to employees or widyaiswara from LPMP or PPPG throughout Indonesia, and was only given to students from the PEP S-2 and S-3 PTK Study Programs, then expanded to include MP and Psn Study Programs. Dissertation Research Grant Scholarship
The Dissertation Research Grant is a scholarship provided by DP2M DIKTI for doctoral students. The grant is in the form of a Doctoral Dissertation Research grant, whose research substance is part of the dissertation research.

Sandwich-Like Beasiswa Scholarship
Sandwich-Like Scholarship is a scholarship from Dikti for short study (4 months) to universities abroad for doctoral students who are permanent lecturers (PNS, PTS and permanent foundations) from universities throughout Indonesia who are currently registered and active in a Postgraduate Program . In 2011, PPs UNY succeeded in sending 17 participants, namely, 4 people to the University of Illinois, USA; 6 people to Ohio State University, USA; 3 people to Technische University Dresden, Germany; 1 person to Birmingham City, UK; 1 person to Osaka City, Japan; 1 person to Flinders University, Australia; and 1 person to New Brunswich, Canada.

Other Scholarships
In addition to the scholarships already mentioned, the PPs also provides scholarships from the Indonesian government, namely, PAUDNI Scholarships (for Kindergarten teachers), Vocational Scholarships (for SMK teachers), and Ministry of Religion Scholarships (for teachers and lecturers under the Ministry of Religion).

Tuition free
